Héjon Erjesztett NV Mencia which is fermented in concreteHegyi Kal Hjon Erjesztett is a rich and textured orange wine made from Zld Veltelini grapes, fermented with native yeasts. The wine spends over 100 days on the skins, resulting in a complex, structured wine with beautiful depth. The vineyard is nestled in Szomolya, where volcanic rhyolite tuff and forest soils contribute to its unique profile.
