Description

20% percentage of the wine was barrel fermented and aged to add a lush texture with notes of vanilla and butterscotch

This California Brut's racy acidity makes the wine lively and refreshing

including the Agrelo and Vistaflores subregions

the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-18°C is followed by the second fermentation using the Charmat method at a temperature of 12-14 °C for about 15-24 days
